Want to Help?

There are two ways that you can help us achieve the mission of the foundation.

Donations

National Ataxia Foundation (NAF)
The National Ataxia Foundation (http://www.ataxia.org/) is a non-profit, membership supported organization established in 1957 to help ataxia families. The foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of persons affected by ataxia through support, education and research. Through your support we will fund research for Spinocerebellar Ataxia.

All donations to the Jordan C. Hubbard Foundation are tax deductible as charitable contributions. General donations can be made with your credit card via the secured web link below or by mailing a check made payable to "Jordan C. Hubbard Foundation" and sent to the following address:

Jordan C. Hubbard Foundation

Education/Awareness

Another exciting way to help the Jordan C. Hubbard Foundation and the search for a cure for Spinocerebellar Ataxia is through education.  With informative links to the National Ataxia Foundation (http://www.ataxia.org/) and Gene Clinics (http://www.geneclinics.org/) you can learn more about Spinocerebellar Ataxia.

Personal education is important because knowledge and awareness of this debilitating illness is very limited.  In addition to your personal education we want you to share this information and this Website with at least one friend.
